What everyone asks

Is the job 100% remote? +

Yes. All positions are remote. You only need a PC or laptop, headset with mic, and stable internet from 30 Mbps.

What currency do you pay in? +

In USD. Weekly or bi-weekly pay based on preference. Methods: local bank transfer, Wise, USDT, Binance Pay.

Do I need prior experience? +

For Operator and Lead generator — no, we train from zero. For QA, Closer, Trainer, Recruiter and Assistant we do require experience, see each job.

How long is training and is it paid? +

5 days for Operator and Lead generator. 3 days for Closer. All training is paid (USD 25 per day).

Which countries can apply? +

Latin America (all Spanish-speaking), Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa. Other countries: write to us, we evaluate case by case.

How does the payment process work? +

You sign a contract with ADOLMEING S.A.S (registered in Colombia). Pay on a fixed schedule. Hours and commission reports are visible in your personal dashboard.

How long does the selection process take? +

End to end — between 3 and 7 days. Application → interview (1–2 days) → training (3–5 days) → first shift.

Is there room to grow in the company? +

Yes, we promote from within. Top operators move to Closer or Trainer in 6–12 months. Closers to Team Lead in 1–2 years. We have a transparent career path.
