What you'll do
You listen to operators' call recordings, score against a checklist (script compliance, tone, objection handling), provide structured feedback, maintain reports in CRM, and join calibration sessions with supervisors.
What you need
Experience as an operator or in sales for at least 6 months. Attention to detail, ability to write clearly, basic Excel. Quality standards knowledge is a plus.
What you get
