What you'll do
You run new-hire onboarding (first 5 days), write and update scripts, dissect call recordings in group sessions, test new objection-handling approaches, prepare training materials.
What you need
Active sales experience from 2 years with provable results. Ability to explain, willingness to share knowledge. Prior trainer experience is a plus, not required.
What you get
USD 1100–1600/mo (base + bonus on graduates' results). Fully remote. Influence on sales strategy. Growth path to Head of Training.
